I am thankful that I was chosen to part of the DSPC team and that I get to be surrounded by so many incredible people every day!

Helping and supporting others is what makes me thrive, to be able to do so for a career is one of the greatest blessings of my life.

I feel so blessed to be part of an organization where genuine love, support and care are at the forefront, alongside a passion for helping and serving those in the IDD Community.

I found that my calling in life is to help others. I have seen what DSPC has offered and shown that we make a huge difference. That makes me happy and teary eyed.

I’ve always been passionate about helping individuals and their families. Knowing you make a difference in someone’s life for the better, brings me joy and working at DSP gives me that opportunity.

I have always been committed to helping individuals in need. Now, I get to do just that in a whole new way! It has been more rewarding and provides me with a great sense of purpose.

My love and passion for serving people of all abilities is deeply rooted within my being.

I appreciate the opportunities that DSPC has given me to combine my past knowledge from my experience as an Administrative with new experiences.

I love knowing how much of an impact I have had in so many individuals and their families. I feel honored to continue sharing my heart with families at DSPC.

I have had a passion for supporting I/DD individuals since 2016. I love to help and support others, I find great value in purpose filled work!

I love spending time with my family. I am obsessed with most furry animals, and just can’t walk by without wanting to pet or talk to them.

I am thankful to be a part of something so big and I am committed to bringing our families peace of mind that they are taken care of.

I am beyond grateful to have the opportunity to work for DSP Connections, as I have always had the passion for helping others since I was a little girl.

I love helping people and have been in this field since I was 18 years old.

I come from a long line of selfless go-getters, which has made the three years working for DSP Connections feel like home.

In my free time I enjoy baking, playing the piano/violin, listening to music, and spending time with my dogs!

I’m a Bilingual Family Representative, and am so happy and thankful to be a part of such a great organization.

As the IT Lead I strive to keep all our computers, phones, and other electronic devices working to provide the best service we possibly can.

It takes all kinds to make a world, and I’m so grateful to work at this amazing place that remembers that everyone deserves to be loved and cared for no matter what!

I’ve been a dedicated professional in the healthcare industry since 2017. Working with people as a caregiver provided invaluable experience that I now apply daily in coordinating care for others.

My goal is to encourage our interactions to reflect our core values, that we lead with love, and to ensure that everyone feels valued and respected.

I have always had a love and passion for giving back and helping individuals and families live their lives to the fullest.

I started my career after learning how passionate I was about advocating for others when I had the privilege of advocating for my own child who had developmental delays.

I have been working within the ID/D community for the past 8 years and look forward to the opportunity to continue this work with DSP connections. I feel blessed to be part of an amazing company with such an inspiring mission.

I found a passion in striving towards providing others with positivity and passion towards meeting their goals. I find joy in advocating for others and continuing to provide support in anyway I am able to.

My journey started as a direct support professional for my brother, which fueled my desire to help others. This experience inspired me to become an FSR, where I dedicate myself to fostering positive, inclusive communities and empowering families.

Life later brought me full circle when my daughter was born with cerebral palsy.

Outside of work, I’m a drummer, an avid Magic: The Gathering player…

I look forward to working alongside bilingual families and providing compassionate support and care in both English and Spanish.

Outside of work, you can find me gardening, sewing, or hiking with my two dogs, Zelda and Atlas!

I have two years of case management experience within the I/DD community and am currently pursuing a nursing degree.

I began my journey in this field as a Direct Support Professional seven years ago…

My first job that I ever had was as a Direct Support Professional when I was in high school, and I fell in love with it.

I am excited and grateful for the opportunity to work with the IDD community and to be part of a company where I can advocate for others and give back to my community.
