Hi, I began my working career in the business profession and loved the idea of working in offices and being a part of a team. I later landed in retail management and began to burnout feeling like ‘just another cog in the machine’. 10 years ago I found myself in the IDD industry and instantly fell in love with what we do! I was finally doing something I cared about. Having a son with autism I got a crash course in supporting someone with behavioral challenges and began learning all I could to help him be the best version of himself. I not only love what we do but LIVED what we do and this is where I found my passion. Helping and supporting others is what makes me thrive, to be able to do so for a career is one of the greatest blessings of my life. 10 years later I still pinch myself to make sure I’m not dreaming!!!!

My free time is spent home with my spouse, 2 dogs, rabbit, and amazing son who I get to learn from every day. I have 3 more older children not living at home but out learning to navigate this thing called life.
