Katrina

Hi, I am Katrina! I am a case coordinator here at DSPC. My background is in working with the I/DD community for 10 years. I started off as a DSP and worked my way up to being a manager. I fell into this field when I was looking for a second job, my life at that time had a different trajectory, and absolutely fell in love with the clients I was supporting, most of whom I still carry on a relationship with today. Knowing the littlest thing I did could make such an impact on an individual’s life, made me want to continue making a difference. It became a passion of mine to be a part of the solution of equality and giving back to those we support. I stumbled upon DSPC when I was searching for a place that encompassed the passion I have for equality, support, and giving back to the I/DD community. When I sat down for my interview with Trina and saw that same passion, I knew DSPC was the right fit for me.

In my off time I am a full-time dog mom to my pit-mix Morgan. We like to spend a lot of time outdoors hiking and going to the beach. When I am not doing that, I like to watch movies, scary movies are my favorite, play video games, and just spend time with friends, family, and Morgan.
