My name is Jordan, and I’m a Family Service Representative here at DSPC. Before stepping into this role, I had the incredible opportunity to work as a Direct Support Specialist (DSS) at DSPC for more than three years. I’ve been serving the IDD community for over a decade, beginning at age 18, fresh out of high school.

Words can’t fully express how grateful I am for the experiences, growth, and opportunities this field has provided me. Outside of work, I’m a drummer, an avid Magic: The Gathering player, and a people person who enjoys building meaningful connections with others.
