Hailey

Hi, it’s Hailey. I graduated Oregon State University in 2016 with my Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Science (Go Beavs). During that time, I supported a family member with Dementia care. Later, I started as a DSP, followed by a Coordinator, and Assistant Director in Supported Living programs. Following that, I worked for Linn County as an Adult DD Service Coordinator.

Though these roles frequently challenge me, I find comfort and belonging in the work I do.

My mission is to enhance individuals’ quality of life and empower others to live their best lives. I’ve come to realize that in helping others, they too enrich my life in profound ways.

I love bubbles, plants, and all things purple. I enjoy traveling, playing, and coaching volleyball, spending time with my family and 3 cats. I am so grateful to be part of this DSPC Family.
