LMNOP is Back at GiGi’s Playhouse!
Kay and I were so excited to jump back into LMNOP (Language, Music and our Peeps) at our GiGi’s Playhouse! Unfortunately, we had to miss the first session because Kay was in the hospital. But thankfully, she’s back to her happy, energetic self and ready to enjoy all the upcoming events!
This past LMNOP session was all about colors. We sang songs, learned the signs for different colors, and played with color-themed bins filled with toys. The kids practiced sorting objects into the matching colored buckets, and Kay had such a blast joining in.
There was also a special visitor during this session—a videographer from GiGi’s Playhouse corporate office came to document the program. Kay, of course, loved every minute of it! It’s clear I take plenty of pictures of her because the moment she spotted the camera, she lit up and shouted, “Cheese!”
We have so many fun activities lined up for this month, and I can’t wait to share them all with you. I’m beyond grateful that Kay is feeling better and that we still get to soak up all the festivities together.
I really appreciate that GiGi’s Playhouse sends teams out to capture moments at different locations. These visits help highlight just how much fun we have and how meaningful GiGi’s Playhouse is for families like ours. It’s such a great way to spread awareness and showcase the incredible impact GiGi’s has on our community.
