Dustin

Hello, my name is Dustin. For the last ten years I have proudly served the Sate of Oregon at the Oregon State Hospital and the Oregon State Penitentiary in many capacities surrounding mental and behavioral health. However, my heart has always been with the I/DD community. My younger sibling is part of the I/DD community. Growing up, I watched many agencies fall short in the most important aspects of support and that is creating powerful caring relationships with the client and their families. My sibling eventually became a client of DSP Connections and after seeing the amazing people at work here I was inspired to follow my passion and join this amazing team. I am incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to support our families the same way I would expect my sibling to be supported.
