Hello, I’m Katy B, a proud Oregonian, WOU alumni and a pairing specialist here at DSPC!

I started my career in staffing in 2020, making connections between job hunters and industrial labor companies, and found that I had a passion for helping people find their forever careers. At DSPC my role is so much more than just finding our DSPs clients that fit their schedules. I love being able to speak with our client’s and DSP’s to get to know their needs and personalities on a deeper level, to ensure that we are making strong and meaningful connections within our community. Creating a pairing should not only feel good for me, it should feel great for our families and DSPs as well!

Outside of DSPC, being active is everything to me! I love to go to the gym, take a hike, travel with friends, and paddleboarding with my dog during the summertime.
