Kay absolutely loves her time on the T-Ball field, and with the season winding down, she’ll surely miss it. Just two more games left, and then we’ll have to wait until next year rolls around for more fun. Luckily, the timing of T-Ball season couldn’t be better, as our weather heats up, making it tough to maintain that peppy spirit when you’re feeling the heat.
But rain or shine, the league goes above and beyond to ensure every game is a blast. Whether it’s special characters cheering the kids on, Homer the mascot spreading encouragement, or Kay’s personal favorite, the chicken doing the chicken dance halfway through the game, there’s never a dull moment.
The Miracle League is truly remarkable, and I’m confident Kay and I will cherish these memories for years to come. I can’t wait to see the end-of-season pictures, where each child gets their own baseball card made from their individual photos.
As T-Ball season wraps up, I’m not quite sure what adventures Kay and I will embark on next, but I’m certain we’ll find something exciting to fill our time!
